AWKWARD IN ALL SOCIAL SURROUNDINGS

Ask me anything   i love a lot of different music and facial hair and puppies and being in college in new york city and punx shows and medicine and cheesy motivational quotes and re-reading good books and lame tv shows on netflix instant and bollywood and vegan food and so, so many people. i haven't taken myself seriously for the past 19 years, and i don't think that's changing.

more lame social networking sites i've sold my soul to:

P.S. Eliot - Like How You Are (off Bike Wreck)

So P.S. Eliot, one of my favorite bands ever, just played their last show. I’m feeling all kinds of emotional. I remember when I first discovered them with my friends Jesse and Tawny at 131 Tompkins New Years 2009 and Jesse bought their demo (a CD-R in a paper bag). I’m pretty  sure our lives were changed forever. Watching P.S. Eliot grow and make fucking brilliant albums was a pleasure and they have had an immeasurable impact on me. I know the Crutchfields will still be around making awesome music, but I will definitely miss this band more than most things.

This is the first song I ever heard/loved by P.S. Eliot.

one of the “top best nights of my life moments” was 2 yrs ago at a forgetters show in bk where P.S. Eliot opened (I didn’t know who they were then) - after that show i went through a phase where i pretty much exclusively listened to P.S. Eliot - srsly just what i needed as a lonely confused freshman. and whenever i listen to them now, i am instantly taken back to those beautiful times and nights and moments and people .
